About the role
We’re looking for a permanent part-time Accounts Administrator (4 days per week) to join our Shared Services Finance Hub, based in either our Mackay or Gladstone office.
This is a process-oriented role which will see you supporting cost administration and billing tasks, processing LAFH declaration forms and unapproved leave. You’ll also get involved in general finance admin, including corporate recharges, journal uploads and facilities reporting.

Key responsibilities
Support finance admin tasks including billing, cost admin, and corporate recharges.
Process LAFH declaration forms and unapproved leave processing.
Assist with journal uploads, facilities reporting, and take on new tasks as they arise.
About you
Previous experience in a similar admin role in an accounts environment.
Team player with high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
