Current opportunities (illustrative roles)
  • Senior role – Minimum of 5 years Accounts Clerk experience within a law firm; supporting the General Manager; flexible with days / hours.
  • Boutique Family Law Firm seeks an experienced Senior Accounts Clerk with Law Firm experience; part-time role with flexible hours and days.
  • Associate Accountant role with a mid-tier firm. Hands-on experience across tax, reporting, and advisory with senior mentors; clear progression in a supportive team.
  • Associate roles offering flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week; manage trust account function and work as part of a national accounts team; Brisbane CBD office or national law firm setting.
  • Join a national accounts team and be responsible for the trust account function; WFH opportunities + up to 5 weeks leave + more.
  • National law firm with flexible WFH (1–2 days/week) and excellent team culture; key role in trust account processing, reconciliation, and audit support; package up to $110K DOE + perks including loyalty leave and wellness benefits.

Responsibilities and expectations
  • Manage finance operations, compliance & cashflow; drive process improvements and provide insights.
  • Support the General Manager and work with senior mentors to deliver high-quality accounting and advisory services.
  • Run trust account function, reconciliation, and audit support as part of a national accounts team (where applicable).
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in finance and accounting roles; suitable for senior accounts clerk profiles and related positions.
  • Experience in law firm environments is preferred for roles specified within boutique/mid-tier firms.
  • Flexible with days/hours and capable of working from home 1–2 days per week where listed.
