Job summary

Conplant Group Holdings is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Finance team, owning the numbers and strengthening controls. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will ensure accurate, timely financial information across core accounting, payroll, compliance and budgeting, with opportunities to identify improvements that make Finance more efficient.

Qualifications

• Commercial accounting experience.
• Reconciliations, month-end and financial reporting required.
• Experience with payroll and statutory requirements helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and month-end outcomes.
• Maintain the integrity of general ledger, balance sheet and intercompany accounts.
• Ensure payroll and employee payments are accurate and delivered on time.
• Support BAS, taxation, audit and other statutory obligations.
• Maintain effective financial controls and identify financial risks early.
• Manage banking, payment and intercompany accounting requirements.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis and financial decision-making.
• Provide practical and responsive financial support to managers across the business.
• Identify and implement improvements to Finance processes.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing Finance team.
