This is an opportunity that really does offer outstanding development opportunities. I’m working with a well-known professional practice based in North Victoria, just 2 hours highway from Melbourne. Well established, for over 30 years, it has carved out a very strong reputation in the region, supporting a range of businesses including large local agribusiness, construction, and high net wealth individuals. Where it differs from most firms is that it provides true holistic business advisory services and tax planning, as opposed to just traditional compliance. This is the strength of the firm and it sees them attract higher than average fees. A relatively small practice, it enjoys a flat structure dedicated to serving its clients in a high touch support environment.

The firm is growing and continuing to secure clients through word-of-mouth referrals. This sees the practice now looking to add to their team through the appointment of a Business Services Accountant, to support a client base and work with experienced Seniors and the Managing Partner on a range of business services, financial statement preparations, planning, and tax matters. So, yes, you will enjoy plenty of client contact.
