Findex in Stawell, Victoria, is seeking an Accountant to join our Business Advisory team. You will deliver high-quality accounting services for a diverse client base and support business advice, tax returns, BAS, and financial statements across entities.

The role offers CA/CPA study support, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities to grow with a supportive leadership group focused on career progression.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in public practice.
• CA or CPA qualified, or working towards it (preferred but not essential).
• Curious, analytical mindset with a drive to understand clients’ businesses.
• Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with Xero, MYOB, or other cloud tools.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality accounting services across a diverse client base.
• Assist in preparing business advice, tax returns, BAS, and financial statements.
• Complete jobs efficiently while meeting technical standards, deadlines, and budgets.
• Assist with general bookkeeping duties and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.
