BDO Australia seeks an Accountant to join the Business Services team. You will work with privately owned businesses, family groups and high-net-worth individuals, contributing to high-quality client outcomes across compliance and advisory work.

Supported by experienced Managers and Partners, you’ll develop client relationships, work across industries and grow essential professional skills in a collaborative, professional services environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a Business Services or public practice accounting environment.
• CA or CPA studies underway, or plan to commence.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for a variety of entities
• Assisting with BAS, FBT and other taxation compliance obligations
• Maintaining accurate and well-documented workpapers
• Supporting tax planning and advisory engagements
• Assisting clients with business structuring, cash flow forecasting and general business advice
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Contributing to the delivery of quality outcomes and exceptional client service
