We are looking for an Accountant to join our Business Advisory Services team, collaborating with Senior Accountants, Managers and Partners to serve a diverse client portfolio.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification in progress or willingness to commence.
• 2+ years experience in business advisory, tax or accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks or similar.
• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement focus.
• Commitment to high-quality client service and teamwork.
• Ability to own tasks and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Desire to learn and grow in public practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, tax returns and BAS for diverse clients.
• Perform bookkeeping, reconciliations and month-end activities.
• Complete payroll tax and other compliance obligations on time.
• Analyze financial information to advise clients.
• Liaise with clients, ATO and stakeholders to support outcomes.
• Manage workflow and deadlines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize accounting technology and identify efficiency improvements.
• Continue professional development in accounting and advisory knowledge.
