Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day general ledger processes and provide client education on these processes.
• Perform accounting functions in areas of account balancing, ledger reconciliation, reporting and discrepancy resolution.
• Provide direction on accounting and budgeting policies and efficient utilization of resources.
• Balance credit card ledgers.
• Verify contracts for groups and perform credit reference checks for direct billed groups when needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of return check procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Gross Revenue Report.

• Supports the day-to-day execution of general ledger impacted processes, including support to clients as they work with and understand these processes.
