The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end client journey, driving client growth and retention across an existing commercial client portfolio. This will include:

  • Managing all facets of insurance broking including policy sales, renewals, endorsements, account remarketing and claims support
  • Driving retention and profitable growth within your commercial client portfolio
  • Nurturing client relationships, delivering valuable expertise and guidance
  • Proactively engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing associated administration, reporting and compliance requirements
What You\'ll Need

In order to succeed in this role, you will require the following:

  • ASIC Tier 1 qualification
  • 3+ years\' experience in an insurance broking account management role, or similar
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to provide relevant guidance and advice to customers
  • Experience in using financial services software (e.g. Insight, Sunrise, SVU or similar)

Completion of a Diploma Financial Services - Insurance Broking would be considered advantageous, but is not essential.
