• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understand insurance needs and objectives.
• Provide guidance on insurance products, risk management strategies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues, underwriters and claims.
• Address or escalate client enquiries and complaints.
• Follow policies, processes and procedures.
• Claims handling.
• Business development.
• Risk management, compliance and continuance improvement by staying informed.
• Provide guidance, supervision, mentoring and training to team members.

Vital qualifications & experience for the role

• Police/ASIC clearance [or ability to obtain].
• Experience in commercial general insurance. Rural experience highly regarded.
