A leading IT Managed Services Provider in Townsville is seeking an experienced Client Account Manager. You will manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and grow new business. The ideal candidate has over 3 years in sales/account management, a strong grasp of IT services and excellent communication skills. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and hybrid working conditions.
$85,000 – $95,000 per year + uncapped commissions

As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth, while also driving new client acquisition for the business.
Key responsibilities include:
About you:
3+ years’ experience in sales and/or account management.
Experience within the MSP or technology sector.
Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
Ability to build relationships with executives and decision-makers.
