Job summary

Impact Talent is recruiting an Account Manager in Sydney CBD for a fast-growing, Australian-owned insurance brokerage. You’ll inherit an SME commercial portfolio with approx. $500K annual income and grow it through strong client and insurer relationships.

You’ll manage renewals, insurer negotiations and new business opportunities, supported by experienced brokers and offshore admin. This role rewards performance with a portfolio-based incentive and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ commercial broking experience.
• Strong technical insurance knowledge.
• Commercial awareness and a desire to generate new business.
• The ambition to grow a portfolio rather than simply maintain one.
• A proactive and adaptable approach.

We’re currently working with a fast-growing, Australian-owned insurance brokerage looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their Sydney CBD team.

The Opportunity
