Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking an Account Manager to act as the glue between operations, customers and the business. You will drive profitable growth, manage the P&L and lead key account strategies while delivering continuous improvements and exceptional customer service.

In this role you will partner with a leading household-name customer, negotiate at senior levels, and apply your MS Office and warehouse management experience to optimise logistics performance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in logistics, 3PL or 4PL environments.
• Experience in account management, ideally Lifesciences/Healthcare.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and exposure to a warehouse management system.
• Ability to negotiate partner agreements at senior management level.
• P&L experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications and Experience

To be a successful Account Manager, in this role, you will have:

• A proven track record of performance in a logistics, 3PL or 4PL environment
• Experience in Account Management ideally within the Lifesciences and Healthcare sector
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PWP) and exposure to a warehouse management system
• Ability to negotiate partner agreements at a senior management level
• P & L experience
• Excellent personal presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills
