About the Opportunity:

The role will include:

• Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management
  
• Dealing with clients via phone and on-farm to facilitate planning meetings
  
• Offering additional products and services to clients as you manage the renewal process
  
• Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business
  
• Working with the insurance support team to manage client accounts including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management and general client enquiries
  
• Policy maintenance
  
• Refer appropriate solutions from within the insurance product range.
  

The Individual:

Must have previous experience working in the insurance industry, as well as a proven track record growing a portfolio of clients and executing sales. We will also valueexpertise in key areas including:

• A strong insurance broking background
  
• Tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline
  
• Tier 1 broking and Diploma of General Insurance (e.g. ANZIIF, NIBA)
  
• Ability to relate to our rural client base
