Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking an Account Manager for Melbourne Bayside & Southeast, managing independent retail accounts and delivering sales, distribution and promotional objectives with a premium portfolio. You will build strong partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive best-in-class outcomes.

The role requires proven sales experience in FMCG, strong customer management, and a willingness to travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in FMCG preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
• Understanding of current market and industry trends advantageous, with passion for Spirits & RTD.
• Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline advantageous (not essential).
• Full driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of independent retail customers across Melbourne's Bayside and Southeast territory.
• Execute sales, distribution and promotional objectives across priority brands.
• Build strong customer partnerships through regular engagement and commercial insights.
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution, visibility and promotional effectiveness.
• Analyse territory performance and identify emerging market opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class customer outcomes.
