The Account Manager is responsible for managing existing Alumina and mining customer accounts to ensure long-term retention and account security through structured, professional account management practices. About the Role:
  • Conduct regular customer review meetings to ensure satisfaction and alignment
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Lead and deliver Return on Investment (ROI) initiatives for valued customers
  • Maintain customer management and service plans
