Intrax Consulting Group in Brisbane is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of residential and medium-density building clients, from first enquiry to project delivery. This relationship-driven role focuses on accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

You will partner with operations teams, develop growth plans, and maintain CRM data to support revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience in residential construction customer service, estimating, drafting, contracts

Our clients want one person who knows their business and gets things done. As Account Manager, that\'s you. You\'ll look after a portfolio of Tier 1, 2 and 3 clients in the residential and medium-density building sector. You\'ll be their first point of contact from the first enquiry through to project delivery.

You\'ll be their first point of contact from the first enquiry through to project delivery.

This is a relationship-driven role. You\'ll build long-term partnerships and work with our operations teams so the work is accurate, on time and what the client expected.

If you\'ve worked in residential construction in customer service, estimating, drafting, contracts or construction, and want to stay in the industry, this is a strong next step. You\'ll join a growing, collaborative business.

What You\'ll Do

• Build client relationships and grow revenue across Intrax\'s operational areas


• Work with operations and delivery teams so everyone understands the work and client deadlines are met


• Develop growth plans by mapping our strengths against customer needs


• Keep CRM data and pipelines current and proactively managed

What You\'ll Bring

• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build lasting, values-aligned relationships


• Solid organisation and time management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines


• Negotiation and influencing skills


• Confidence with Microsoft Word, Excel and databases, and the ability to pick up new systems, especially our CRM


• Analytical skills and a whole-of-business approach to problem solving


• The ability to work well in a team, work independently and use your initiative


• Ideally 1 year or more in residential construction (customer service, estimating, drafting, construction or contracts administration)


• Exposure to residential engineering is an advantage
