Ogilvy Melbourne is seeking an Account Executive to support across multiple client campaigns, from brand to digital, helping solve business challenges. You’ll handle day-to-day administration, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure top-tier service to clients every day.

You’ll work closely with the Account Director and colleagues across disciplines, developing a solid understanding of client brands and market dynamics while growing your own capabilities in a global agency.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day administration of the account.
• Maintain internal and client WIPs, workflow control, meetings, minutes, estimates and records.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the client's brand and its competitive environment.
• Write briefs under supervision.
• Work with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines, budgets and quality.
• Provide excellent customer service in all client interactions.
• Manage small projects and support senior team members.
• Build relationships internally and with junior clients.
