Account Manager Client Growth & Business Development
Shape the future of Employee Assistance Services
Eudoxia is growing, and we’re looking for an Account Manager – Client Growth & Business Development to help strengthen our client relationships, identify new opportunities and support the continued growth of our Employee Assistance Services.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on, relationship‑focused role for someone who enjoys working with clients, developing opportunities and turning conversations into meaningful business outcomes.
You’ll manage an allocated portfolio of clients, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify opportunities to expand services, and work alongside our Growth, Allied Health and Marketing teams to develop proposals, tenders and new business opportunities.
You’ll also become a trained daytime backup for our intake function, providing additional support during planned leave, periods of increased demand and other agreed coverage requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an allocated portfolio of Eudoxia clients and become a trusted commercial point of contact.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and understand their changing needs and priorities.
- Develop account plans around contract requirements, renewals, service performance and growth opportunities.
- Use client feedback, service insights and utilisation information to identify opportunities for additional services, awareness programs and training.
- Coordinate renewal and expansion conversations and maintain accurate account and pipeline information in our CRM.
- Work closely with our clinical and operational teams to ensure proposed services are achievable and appropriately supported.
- Follow up new enquiries, event contacts and marketing campaigns and turn suitable leads into qualified opportunities.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and identify where Eudoxia can add value.
- Undertake targeted outbound business development across agreed sectors and accounts.
- Build and maintain a consistent prospecting and follow‑up pipeline.
- Coordinate EOIs, RFQs and tender submissions, including gathering information, drafting approved content and managing deadlines.
- Prepare draft commercial proposals and pricing for review and approval.
- Maintain current capability statements, case studies and other business development resources.
- You’ll play an important role in helping Eudoxia put forward compelling responses to new business opportunities.
- Completing structured training in intake processes and systems.
- Supporting intake calls and eligibility checks.
- Coordinating practitioner bookings where required.
- Using Provider Manager and relevant systems appropriately.
- Maintaining accurate records and handovers.
- Escalating urgent or clinical matters through established procedures.
- Working within your training, authority and approved processes.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, organised and genuinely enjoys building relationships.
You will ideally have:
- Demonstrated experience in account management, client relationship management, business development or sales.
- Experience working with business clients and developing commercial opportunities.
- The ability to confidently conduct discovery conversations and understand client needs.
- Strong written communication and the ability to prepare professional proposals and tender responses.
- Experience coordinating tender, EOI or RFQ submissions.
- Strong CRM discipline and attention to detail.
- Excellent follow‑up skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Sound judgement and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
- A willingness to learn our intake processes and confidently provide backup when required.
Experience in Employee Assistance Programs, workplace wellbeing, health, allied health or another professional services environment would be highly regarded.
Familiarity with public sector procurement would also be advantageous.
This role is remote, but based in QLD. You’ll own the QLD territory, working fully remote with the occasional trip to an industry event.
We build software for providers across the NDIS and aged care sectors. Our mission is to simplify their daily operations through our technology, so the people delivering care can spend less time on admin and more time with the people who need them.
Our product and the playbook are both still growing. This role suits someone who thrives in a scale‑up environment, not someone chasing a fully mapped process from day one.
About the team
You’ll report to our Head of Sales, working with a fun‑loving team who are sharp and full of SaaS sales experience worth learning from.
We are selling into competitive markets. We want someone with grit, ready to hustle, who’s worked in a scale‑up before. If you’re chasing a fully‑baked sales machine to slot into, this probably isn’t your team. If you want to help build it while you sell, welcome aboard.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to Closed Won.
- Run thorough discovery using the SPICED methodology, tailoring your pitch to the size and persona of each prospect.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound activity across events, trade shows, LinkedIn, email and phone.
- Keep Salesforce accurate and up to date, and provide reliable weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
- Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to the team to sharpen our messaging and product.
What we’re looking for
- 2–3 years full sales cycle experience in SaaS or software sales, with a track record of hitting targets.
- Confidence running a proper sales process and tailoring your approach to different customer problems.
- A track record of self‑generating your own pipeline through outbound.
- Comfort forecasting revenue accurately, week to week and month to month.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement or conversational intelligence tools (Gong experience a bonus).
- Grit, hustle and the flexibility to grow as we grow. You don’t need a perfect playbook to follow, you need to want to help build one.
Why you’ll love it here
- Trust to run your own patch without someone looking over your shoulder. How you manage your day and your pipeline is yours to own.
- Space to grow with the business. The playbook here is still being written, and you’ll help write it.
- Work that matters. Every deal you close helps NDIS and aged care providers spend less time on paperwork and more time with the people who need them.
- Work with a manager and team who back you, with plenty to learn from each other along the way.
- A market‑competitive salary and solid commission structure that rewards the deals you close, not just the hours you put in.
