Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT, is seeking an Accommodation Manager to live onsite and lead the Campground accommodation precinct. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, presentation and a high‑quality guest experience.

The role requires hands‑on, organized leadership with experience in accommodation or property operations, collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain standards and records. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in accommodation, facilities or property management within hospitality or a similar environment.
• Understanding of accommodation operations, service standards and working with maintenance and housekeeping teams.
• Confidence managing maintenance issues, presentation standards and operational records.
• Financial awareness, including reporting, budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive internal and external relationships.
• A valid Open Australian Driver’s License, with the ability to convert to an NT license.

• Oversee the safe and efficient day‑to‑day operations of the Campground accommodation precinct.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and amenity across all Campground facilities.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Technical Services to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage occupancy, site allocations, records, maintenance logs and incident reporting.
• Ensure all guests and residents have a positive and well‑supported stay.

An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once‑in‑a‑lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Accommodation Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia’s most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

In this role, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Ayers Rock Campground accommodation precinct, ensuring high standards of presentation, safety and guest experience. We’re seeking someone hands‑on, organised and service‑driven, with experience in accommodation or property operations.

Who We're Seeking
