Motorcycle Accessories Supermarket – MCAS Epping, VIC, is seeking an Accessories Salesperson to help riders find the right gear and parts while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. As an Accessories Salesperson, you'll help riders find the right gear, parts, and accessories while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. About the Role

As an Accessories Salesperson, you'll be responsible for assisting customers in-store and over the phone with parts, accessories and riding gear enquiries. You'll play a key role in driving sales, maintaining showroom presentation, and ensuring stock is accurately managed and displayed.

• Provide exceptional customer service to every customer who visits or contacts the store
• Promote and sell motorcycle accessories, apparel and related products.
• Build relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
• Manage phone enquiries and assist customers with product recommendations.
• Maintain store displays and merchandising standards.
• Receive, label and present stock accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with stock control and stocktake activities.
• Maintain accurate pricing and inventory information.
• Follow store processes, policies and safety requirements.
