Job summary

Eight Recruitment is seeking a Team Leader to drive accessibility projects across Sydney and NSW. You will manage a portfolio, mentor Cadets, and recruit additional Access Consultants as the team expands.

The role combines hands-on technical delivery with leadership and client management. You will guide complex projects, maintain strong relationships with key clients, and contribute to the growth of the Access Consulting practice, with opportunities toward senior leadership and Associate-level

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Access Consulting experience.
Diploma of Access Consulting and accreditation with the Association of Consultants in Access Australia.
Strong knowledge of the Disability Discrimination Act, National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards.
Experience delivering complex accessibility projects.
Commercial awareness across budgets, fee proposals and project performance.
Confidence to advise senior clients and influence project teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of accessibility projects across Sydney and NSW.
Manage your own portfolio and oversee project delivery.
Recruit, mentor and develop Access Consultants and Cadets as the team grows.
Involve in business development without hard sales KPIs; build relationships for repeat work.
Provide a clear pathway toward Associate for high performers.
