Job summary

Specialist Risk Group Australia (SRG Australia) is launching an Accelerated Broking Program based in Melbourne or Sydney. The 12-week, paid, full-time pathway helps you become a Tier 1 Insurance Broker with full sponsorship for the ANZIIF qualification.

You will receive mentorship and buddy support from day one, plus hands-on exposure to live client files, new business proposals and renewal strategy, with a potential for a full-time broker position on successful completion.

About the program

Over 12 weeks, you'll be supported to develop the skills and capability to work as a Tier 1 Insurance Broker. That means:

• A structured, on-the-job training plan alongside your ANZIIF Tier 1 General Insurance qualification, which SRG will sponsor in full
• A dedicated mentor and a peer buddy from day one
• Supervised, hands-on exposure to live client files, new business proposals and renewal strategy
• Potential for a full-time, ongoing position as an insurance broker, with a clear pathway to formally progress within SRG Australia, subject to sign-off at the end of the 12-week program

This is a paid position with full-time hours across Monday to Friday, based from either our Melbourne or Sydney CBD offices.
