Based in Launceston, the role offers leadership across curriculum innovation, stakeholder engagement and teaching excellence within state‑wide allied health education and workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in curriculum strategy, course development and educational innovation.
• Experience leading coursework initiatives, curriculum transformation and accreditation.
• Nationally and internationally recognised expertise in occupational therapy across the lifespan.
• International research leadership in occupational therapy with funded programs and publications.
• Academic leadership including mentoring staff and building teams.
• Strong collaboration with national/international partners to achieve teaching, research and engagement outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Master of Occupational Therapy program and drive accreditation and growth.
• Collaborate with government, health services, industry partners and communities to strengthen allied health capability across Tasmania.
• Shape innovative educational pathways and support development of a sustainable allied health workforce.
• Foster high-performing academic culture and oversee program quality, accreditation and student success.
