Job summary

ATW Group on the Gold Coast is seeking an Industrial Painter & Abrasive Blaster to join our team. This role requires hands-on painting and blasting work, with physical labour and reliable transport.

You will start on probation, with progression to full-time employment. Local residents with rights to work in Australia are invited to apply; safety mindedness and willingness to follow directions are essential.

Qualifications

• Begin on a small probation period, and progress to full-time employment.
• Industrial Painting and Abrasive Blasting Experience in a similar role.
• Overhead Crane experience a bonus not but necessary.
• Be available and eager to work full-time hours.
• Reliable transport to and from work is essential.
• Position does include manual labour that will require physical work.
• Safety minded and willing to follow all related direction.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting and abrasive blasting tasks in indoor facilities.
• Operate associated painting/blasting equipment and crane as required.
• Maintain safety practices and follow directions during work.

We have an exciting opportunity available for Industrial Painter & Abrasive Blaster to become a key member at ATW Group. We are seeking a person to take ownership of the role and excel.

Why ATW Group is different - Our blasting chamber is indoor and has a waste recycling system - this means no sweeping and shoveling up the material. Our painting area is indoor with full extracting system.
