As an Aboriginal Workforce Officer, you will contribute to initiatives to attract, recruit, retain and develop the Department for Child Protection’s Aboriginal workforce. Based in the Adelaide CBD, you will contribute to implementing and continuously improving strategies, policies and processes that support organisational objectives.
This is an opportunity to use your coordination and collaboration skills to turn workforce priorities into practical action, supporting a more inclusive and culturally responsive workplace. Drawing on your understanding of Aboriginal communities and trusted connections, you will help strengthen Aboriginal representation and participation across the organisation and contribute to positive change for Aboriginal people and communities.
