• Compliance with the Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead Policy upon appointment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the leadership team to implement the Diocesan Action Plan for Aboriginal education.
• Act as a role model and promote cultural identity within the school.
• Promote welcome and belonging to respect Indigenous culture and opportunities.
• Support development of individualised plans including cultural, curriculum and career goals.
• Develop partnerships with local Aboriginal community and families to foster a respectful school environment.
