Job summary

The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is seeking a dedicated role to support case managers in delivering holistic services to children, young people and families. This ongoing full-time position requires cultural safety, strong communication, and a commitment to community outcomes in Chirnside Park and surrounding areas.

Two roles are available: one to commence immediately and one after 1 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Understanding of child development and trauma; ability to engage and support children with behavioural challenges in a culturally safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide additional support to Case Managers and the team in delivering a holistic support service for children, young people and families.
• Undertake specific case related tasks and administrative responsibilities as required.
