• Take ownership of a portfolio of advisers and their new business applications, building strong relationships and acting as a key point of contact throughout the application journey.
• Work proactively with advisers to understand priorities, provide clear and timely updates, anticipate issues, and help move cases through to completion.
• Partner with Underwriting and Sales to deliver a smooth, responsive experience for advisers and their clients.
• Manage a portfolio of work end-to-end with ownership and accountability.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely progress and resolution of issues.
