This is a prioritised role for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, who will be given priority consideration as per the special measures provision of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010. We're looking for a committed and culturally knowledgeable Aboriginal Advanced Case Manager to join our team and help create safer, stronger communities—one person at a time.
In this vital role, you'll work with both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal clients, supporting individuals with complex needs and those who have committed serious offences. Using a strengths-based, culturally informed approach, you'll help guide them through their rehabilitation journey while contributing to positive outcomes for the broader community.
You'll also play a key role in shaping how we support Aboriginal clients—providing expert advice, developing cultural support plans, and working closely with Aboriginal organisations and the Koori Court.
We're seeking someone who brings a deep understanding of the Victorian Aboriginal community, along with strong case management skills and a genuine passion for supporting others.
