Fixed Term, Full Time opportunity based in Mildura. Make a difference in reducing over representation of Aboriginal people in the criminal justice system.

Salary banding of $100,894 - $114,476 plus superannuation.

This is a prioritised role for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, who will be given priority consideration as per the special measures provision of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010.

We're looking for a committed and culturally knowledgeable Aboriginal Advanced Case Manager to join our team and help create safer, stronger communities - one person at a time.

In this vital role, you'll work with both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal clients, supporting individuals with complex needs and those who have committed serious offences. Using a strengths-based, culturally informed approach, you'll help guide them through their rehabilitation journey while contributing to positive outcomes for the broader community.

You'll also play a key role in shaping how we support Aboriginal clients - providing expert advice, developing cultural support plans, and working closely with Aboriginal organisations and the Koori Court.

What You'll Be Doing
