Job summary

Royal Children's Hospital in Parkville, Melbourne, is seeking an Australian Bleeding Disorders Registry (ABDR) Data Manager and Clinical Haematology Coordinator on a part-time 0.5 FTE fixed-term basis to cover Long Service Leave. The role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to contribute to pediatric haematology care.

You will maintain ABDR data, support the Haemophilia Treatment Centre and Clinical Haematology Department, and liaise with families and clinicians to ensure safe,

Qualifications

Experience with clinical data management in haematology or pediatric settings.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to take accountability for workload while contributing to a team.
Experience with health information systems or medical records.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate ABDR clinical, demographic and treatment data to support care for children with bleeding disorders.
Provide administrative support to the Haemophilia Treatment Centre and Clinical Haematology Department.
Act as a key contact for patients, families and healthcare providers while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
