A leading recruitment agency in Brisbane is seeking an AO5 Senior Accommodation Planner to lead office accommodation projects. The role involves managing fit-out projects, collaborating with government stakeholders, and contributing to strategic planning. Candidates should have proficiency in AutoCAD and strong project management skills. This is a full-time contract position with potential for extension until January 2026, offering opportunities to work on impactful government projects.
In this role, you'll lead and manage medium to major office accommodation projects, contributing to strategic planning and policy development. Reporting to the Principal Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing medium to major office accommodation projects. You'll work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and government stakeholders to deliver fit-out and relocation projects, while also supporting the development of best practice guidelines and reporting systems.
