Job summary

BMES in Geelong is seeking an experienced A Grade Electrician to join our growing team. Based in Moolap, you will cover Geelong, Bellarine and Surf Coast regions, handling new home electrical installations from rough-in to fit-off.

You will supervise apprentices, lead by example, and work with a skilled crew to deliver high standards, ensure compliance with current electrical standards, and maintain reliable scheduling with a company vehicle and uniform.

Qualifications

• Experience in new home installations (rough-in, fit-off, cut-outs).
• Solid knowledge of current electrical standards.
• Construction OHS Card (white card).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Run new housing jobs from start to finish.
• Supervise and train Apprentices.
• Contribute to organised scheduling and timely project delivery.

BMES are looking for an A Grade Electrician to join our growing team in Geelong. Our Geelong office is located in Moolap and we cover Geelong, Bellarine and Surf Coast regions. BMES are specializing in New home Electrical from Underground electrical supplies, power and lighting systems, data and communications, home automation through to security systems, intercoms and CCTV

We are seeking a team member who possesses the following qualities and attributes:

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn, show initiative
• Be presentable, punctual, organised, trustworthy and reliable
• Be competent in running new housing jobs, from start to finish
• Be competent in teaching and supervising Apprentices
• Lead by example, willing to take responsibility and be accountable
• Current and Valid A-Grade Electrical Licence
• Must have solid extensive experience in new homes: (rough-in / fit-off / cut-outs)
• High Knowledge of current electrical standards
• Construction OHS Card (white card)
• Valid and current Driver's License
