Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th Year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice
• Mechanically minded and passionate about the trade
• Curious, reliable and eager to learn
• Proactive problem solver who enjoys a challenge
• Professional and comfortable working as part of a high‑performing team
• Current and valid driver’s licence and White Card

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced technicians across a variety of commercial sites.

No two days are the same. You'll work alongside experienced technicians across a variety of commercial sites, gaining hands‑on experience with industry-leading equipment while developing skills that will set you apart in the trade.

You'll gain experience in:

• Advanced commercial cooling systems, switchboards and grid systems
• Cabling, power and critical infrastructure systems
• Data centre environments and technology
• Advanced fault‑finding, diagnostics and technical problem solving
• Working directly with customers while developing your communication skills
• Building specialist skills for a long‑term career in a growing industry
