Australian Green Solution in Melbourne is seeking energetic 3rd and 4th year HVAC Apprentices and qualified Refrigeration Technicians to join our hands-on team. You will work on residential HVAC installations including ducted reverse cycle and multi-head split systems under government rebate programs.

The role offers potential leadership opportunities for senior apprentices, with a cooperative work culture and a frontline position on-site across Melbourne's west, north, and east.

Qualifications

• Qualified Refrigeration Technician, or HVAC Mechanical Plumber, or a 3rd/4th year Apprentice.
• Experience installing residential HVAC systems (ducted, VRF, multi, and single splits).
• Own tools and willingness to use them.
• Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, and White Card.
• EWP Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of ducted, multi-split, VRF multi, and single split AC systems - all residential jobs.
• Maintain van stock and materials (apprentice responsibility).
• Keep worksites clean and safe.
• Step up to lead a small installation team when the lead plumber is on leave (for qualified and 3rd/4th year apprentices).
• Attend service calls as required.
• Log jobs via our digital portal.
• Complete OHS documentation.
• Liaise professionally with customers on-site.
• Attend weekly meetings at our Springvale office (other days go directly to job sites).

We're looking for motivated full-time 3rd & 4th year HVAC Apprenticesand Qualified Refrigeration Technicians, qualified HVAC Mechanical Plumbers, and to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting residential HVAC installations including Ducted Reverse Cycle and Multi-head Split Systems under government rebate programs, with opportunities for leadership responsibilities for senior apprentices.
