Programmed Apprenticeships & Traineeships, in partnership with our client, is seeking motivated 3rd or 4th Year Apprentices to join their team in Adelaide across Mechanical Fitting and Electrical - Industrial trades.

These opportunities offer full-time employment with above award wages, a 9-day fortnight roster and structured on-the-job training alongside formal TAFE studies.

About the opportunity

Depending on your chosen trade, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople to further develop your practical skills and knowledge.

As part of your apprenticeship, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience across mechanical fitting or industrial electrical work
• Continue structured on-the-job training alongside your formal TAFE studies
• Assist with the maintenance, repair and installation of industrial equipment and infrastructure
• Develop your fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Work safely and effectively as part of an experienced team
• Contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our client's facilities
• Continue building the skills and experience required to successfully complete your apprenticeship

About you

To be successful, you will:

• Be a current 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice in Mechanical Fitting or Electrical
• Be committed to completing your apprenticeship and building a long-term career in your chosen trade
• Have a genuine interest in hands-on, practical work
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Be a strong team player with good communication skills
• Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and a strong safety focus
• Be committed to attending and completing required TAFE training
• Be willing to obtain/provide a National Police Clearance
• Be able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
• Live within the Adelaide region
