Overview

3 days per week with a child aged 3 years
Rate: $35-$37 per hour + Super
Thursday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm

This family would like a dedicated full-time Nanny to join their household and provide high-quality care over three days per week, ideally Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, from 7:00am to 6:00pm (33 hours in total). This role is perfect for someone who brings a genuine love of working with children and thrives in a structured, supportive home environment.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the child to and from school and extra-curricular activities.
  • Prepare healthy meals.
  • Handle light housework related to the child.
  • Follow the family’s care structure and routines and take initiative where needed.
  • Be comfortable working independently.
  • Flexibility is important; role may occasionally involve overnight care and, on occasion, interstate or international travel with the family.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • A background in teaching or early childhood education, or current study in the field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
  • Be youthful, energetic, and ready to actively engage with daily routines and learning.
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), police clearance, first aid, and CPR certification.
  • Full driver’s licence and safe driving record.
  • Car and driver’s licence; willingness to commit for at least 12 months.
  • Willingness to obtain Nanny Insurance (or be covered under the Agency’s policy for an annual fee).
  • Full working rights in Australia. Visa considerations: a range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of stay (e.g., visa 190 or visa 186). Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.
