They are now looking to appoint a suitably experienced Employment Lawyer who can bring further depth and expertise in Occupational Health and Safety!

As a member of the team, you will act primarily for employers and work on a diverse range of matters relating to issues such as:

  • Workplace Health and Safety;
  • Workplace Relations;
  • Anti-discrimination and Equal Opportunity;
  • Regulatory Compliance and Investigations;
  • Dispute Resolution and Litigation.

To be successful in this role, it is envisaged that you will have already gained sound experience in a similar role, ideally within a similar style of law firm environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Circa 2+ years post-admission experience;
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and a client-centric, outcome-focused approach;
  • Exceptional drafting skills and attention to detail;
  • The ability to operate autonomously, manage competing priorities, an approachable nature and genuinely enjoy working in a team environment;
