Job summary

MYS Superyacht Crew is seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess for a 47m private motor yacht based in Sydney with occasional trips to Queensland and Gold Coast facilities.

You will work alongside the Chief Stewardess to elevate service and housekeeping standards, with an option to live onboard or ashore in Sydney. Immediate trial and interview process for eligible candidates. Sponsorship may be considered for qualified foreign applicants already in Australia.

Are you an experienced stewardess based in Australia or New Zealand and available to start immediately?

Position Snapshot

• Salary: $70,000 AUD + Super
• 4 weeks annual leave
• Live onboard or ashore in Sydney
• Immediate start, with trial
• Sponsorship may be considered for suitably qualified foreign candidates already in Australia
• Couples welcome to apply (with a Deckhand)

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a well-regarded 47m private motor yacht, based in Sydney for most of the year, with occasional winter trips to Queensland and yard periods on the Gold Coast.

Working alongside a highly experienced Chief Stewardess, you’ll have the opportunity to further develop your service and housekeeping skills while becoming part of an established, professional crew.

The role offers flexibility to live onboard or ashore in Sydney, along with participation in the vessel’s crew watch schedule.

An immediate trial is available, so candidates who are ready to hit the ground running are encouraged to apply.

Candidates based in Sydney will be highly regarded due to the immediate interview and trial requirements, although applications from suitably experienced candidates elsewhere in Australia and New Zealand are welcome.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous superyacht experience is essential

• Previous experience in Europe or the US would be advantageous
