Job summary

Clarks Rockhampton (QLD) is seeking a motivated Part-Time 2IC Retail Assistant to support the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will lead by example, coach team members, and drive sales through strong product knowledge and professional fittings, while maintaining store presentation and operations during the Store Manager's absence.

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time 2IC Retail Assistant to join our team at Clarks Rockhampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for retail, and is ready to support the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping lead the team.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist customers in finding the perfect footwear through professional fitting and product recommendations.
• Drive sales through strong product knowledge and confident add-on selling.
• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Assist in coaching and motivating the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, presentation, and store cleanliness.
• Help oversee store operations during the Store Manager's absence.
