Job summary

TeamKids, a leading OSHC provider in Australia, seeks a 2IC for South Ripley. This permanent, part-time position offers hands-on leadership in before/after school care, with split shifts and total hours around 36.25 weekly.

You will guide the program, engage with students and families, and support safety and compliance in a busy school community. Ideal candidates have a Diploma (ACECQA) with strong communication and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification (ACECQA standards)
• National Child Safety Training required
• Experience in Before/After School Care or education preferred but not essential

• Engage with the school community and attend events
• Assist with creating and implementing enriching experiences
• Foster relationships with children and families
• Play and have fun with primary-aged children
