Job summary

TeamKids is hiring for a Second in Charge (2IC) role at a new OSHC service location in Melbourne. You will support the Director of Service to set up the program, engage with the school community and help create enriching experiences for primary school children.

The role focuses on leadership, compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced, child-centered environment. Training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification as per ACECQA standards.
• Experience in Before/After School Care or education is preferred but training is available.
• Confident communicator with children, parents and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and establishing the service at a new school.
• Lead and support the Director of Service to deliver high-quality care.
• Engage with school community, attend events and assemblies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and provide enriching experiences.
