2IC & Early Childhood Educational Leader

As a 2IC & Early Childhood Educational Leader at our Cheltenham service, you will play a key role in shaping children’s lifelong learning while supporting our Service Manager to lead the team and drive quality outcomes. You will champion exceeding themes, embrace innovation and collaboration, and confidently challenge the status quo to make a real difference.
