Zusammenfassung

CSR Springboard is seeking a Shift Electrician to join our Cecil Park manufacturing facility. This hands-on role operates in a 24/7 environment on a rotating roster, maintaining and improving plant reliability while upholding safety standards.

You will report to the Maintenance Manager and work with electricians, fitters and maintenance professionals to keep a large-scale brick manufacturing operation running smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold current NSW Electrical Licence.
• Experience maintaining electrical systems in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Commitment to safety, quality and compliance.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Perform planned, preventive and breakdown electrical maintenance across site equipment.
• Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Support plant reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in RCA investigations and corrective actions.
• Design, install and commission small-to-medium electrical projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and SAP work orders.
• Ensure all work aligns with site procedures, WHSE standards and permit systems.
• Collaborate with production, mechanical and engineering teams.
• Mentor apprentices and peers to support development.
