Job summary

Wilson Security is expanding in New South Wales, securing additional contracts to strengthen our regional presence and create roles focused on enhancing response and support for existing teams and clients. These positions involve handling events, monitoring access controls, and patrolling facilities with comprehensive training provided.

We seek proactive, flexible team players capable of working nights, days and weekends, with strong reporting skills and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to support and step up as required into other roles.
• Ability to work well in a team or autonomously.
• Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends).
• Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports.
• Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes).

Responsibilities

• Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client.
• Gatehouse and Concierge duties.
• Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
• Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
• Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
• Providing support to tenants and Facilities
• Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
• Responding to emergency situations
