Job summary

ACESGroup is hiring a Security Control Room Operator for multiple Sydney locations. You will monitor live events, respond to alarms, coordinate emergency responses, and control access to restricted zones using our smart technology platforms.

The role requires a current NSW 1A Security Licence and CRO experience, with RSA, First Aid, CPR, and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates are reliable, calm under pressure, and able to work a 24/7 rotating roster including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Hold NSW 1A Security Licence (minimum 12 months).
CRO (Control Room Operator) experience is essential.
RSA competency card current.
First Aid and CPR current.
Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
Reliable and punctual with excellent presentation.

Responsibilities

Monitor live operations using CCTV and integrated security systems.
Respond to alarms and incidents; escalate where appropriate.
Coordinate emergency response and relay information to ground teams and stakeholders.
Control access to restricted zones and log incidents with accuracy.
Maintain equipment readiness and complete digital reports.
