Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Shift Manager for our South Windsor, NSW manufacturing site. You will lead the 24/7 operation, ensuring safe, efficient production and strong safety culture while coordinating teams across maintenance, engineering, and quality.

As a visible site leader, you’ll drive continuous improvement, coach operators and contractors, and make key operational decisions during night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient and compliant production during your shift (12-hour rosters).
• Provide leadership to operators, technicians and contractors to meet production, quality and safety goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate maintenance to improve productivity and reliability.
