Job summary

Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) in Canberra is seeking team members at the AE5 (APS5) level to support our 24/7 Intelligence Response Centre. You will triage, assess, and respond to time-sensitive national security incidents, with shift work and a 4-on/4-off or 5-on/5-off roster.

Eligible Australian citizens with TOP SECRET-Privileged Access clearance and a commitment to high-quality outcomes will thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Australian citizen.
• Eligible to hold and maintain TOP SECRET-Privileged Access clearance.
• Willingness to relocate to Canberra and work in a 24/7 operations centre.

Responsibilities

• Support ASIO's operational activity outside business hours.
• Triaging and assessing time sensitive lead information from multiple sources.
• Responding to time critical threats and security incidents as they arise.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Delivering high quality intelligence outcomes to internal and external clients.
• Building professional relationships with external partners and other government agencies.
• Managing a number of other investigative and analytical duties.
