Job summary

Casella Family Brands in NSW invites applications for the Vintage Cellar Hand - Front End Loader role in Yenda for the 2027 grape harvest. This hands-on seasonal role supports grape intake, wine transfers, and general cellar duties in a fast-paced winery environment.

We value a strong work ethic and attitude. If you can operate a front end loader, are physically fit, have transport, and can commit January–April 2027 (18+ by Jan 31, 2027), you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• Proven competency and experience operating a front end loader
• Physically fit and ready to roll up your sleeves
• Able to work shifts and weekends
• Your own reliable transport
• Available for the full vintage period (January to April 2027)
• At least 18 years old by 31 January 2027

Looking for a hands-on adventure in the Australian wine industry?
Join our vibrant vintage team in Yenda for the 2027 grape harvest! Each year, we welcome enthusiastic people from across Australia and around the world to be part of this exciting seasonal experience. Experienced Front End Loader Operators are essential during vintage.

As aVintage Cellar Hand - Front End Loader, you’ll be involved in:

• Operating front end loader during grape intake and waste management
• Assisting in wine transfers
• Equipment operation and cleaning
• General cellar duties.

No experience? No worries! We value a great attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. If you’ve worked in hospitality, farming, or other hands-on roles, that’s a bonus!

What you’ll need:
